At Storreytime our goal is not only to be the best supplier of Apparel and Promotional Products, our goal is to be your best supplier period. We do this by respecting our customer’s time and earning their trust.
Our method is very simple: treat everyone with a smile, respect others time by being prompt, and always follow up on promises.
- 24 Hour Distribution: Under the term of our stock and contract programs all orders ship within 24 hours. Any order placed by 3:00 PM EST will ship that day. What this means is that Storreytime will deliver your stock product to anywhere in the U.S. within 5 business days or less.
- Customer Service Flexibility: Our service and order desk is open from 8:30 AM EST to 6:30 PM PST.
- Domestic Embroidery and Screen-printing: For small orders, event orders, and other special needs, Storreytime offers local embroidery and screen-printing services. However, we also use outside contractors for these services. The benefit to our customers is that this allows us the flexibility to maintain consistent turn time on all orders regardless of our own in-house production schedule.
- Special Packaging Solutions: What good is a beautiful gift without good presentation? Storreytime will work with you to select packaging options that will enhance your product.
